Our personal support and service does not end with the sale of a SCR system. After successful commissioning, your SCR plant is handed
over to our experienced service team, which is always at your side for your concerns with individual solutions. An intensive and familiar customer
relationship is very important to us. Therefore we do everything to provide you with a fixed contact person. This is the only way to guarantee
a smooth process with better traceability.

and reliable service engineers will always take care of your needs! We take our time for your
wishes and expectations. Our staff will answer e-mail inquiries and phone calls also on weekends
and holidays, you can be sure that we are there for you and your DENOx unit also outside office hours.

Effectively networked and continuously available service centers and partners in Holland, Norway,
Finland, France, UK and Korea ensure, that a quick and comprehensive service is available worldwide.
Our European service centers and a large, stable network stand for unmatched flexibility and short
reaction times. Our employees are trained in accordance with recognized NOGEPA standards and
have completed the HUET (Helicopter Underwater Escape Training). Not only our warehouse in
Germany is filled with spare parts and consumables - to keep our service promise, we also have
established a warehouse in Norway, USA and the Netherlands.

We know how important it is, to have short notice and reaction time, especially in the marine and
in power plants, so it is extremely important to be able to react on service requests as soon as
possible. Whether for annual service with calibration of Emission Measurement Systems
(NOx Analyzer) and urea consumption or - in the worst case - for a catalyst damage. We always
have several m³SCR catalysts ready for dispatch in a few days. System downtime means losses -
with H+H you will optimize the system time and minimize downtime.

We introduce you to your SCR system

Operator Trainings

H+H offers operating and maintenance training specially tailored to your SCR plant. These can be
carried out on site at the customer or at H+H. This includes professional instruction in the technically
sophisticated SCR plant as a basic requirement for a long service life. Our Operator Training provides
you with the necessary expertise for the optimal operation of your SCR plant. So operating errors
cannot occur in the first place.

We evaluate your maximum life of the catalyst

Catalyst Management

Would you like to know how long you can still use the catalyst? Then please send us a sample, which we investigate in a laboratory. These chemical analyses enable us to determine the degree of wear and tear that the catalyst has already suffered. This allows us to draw conclusions about the remaining lifetime and thus enables you to better plan your budget.

Service & Maintenance

Our system maintenance and servicing guarantees the optimal functioning of your plant and
helps to reduce plant downtimes. Regular maintenance operations guarantee the optimal function
of your plant. Within the scope of our plant maintenance the actual condition of your plant is
determined during an inspection. We will also show you optimization potentials, possibilities to
increase performance or urgent need for action.

Innovations / Remote Maintenance / Reporting

Continuous improvement, software updates and optimization of the systems are very important
to us.
We have developed and tested significant innovations for emission control systems to make
your daily life a bit easier. "Cyclic Cleaning" to extend the maintenance intervals of reducing agent
nozzle, "ICP" software to operate the DENOx system even in extremely low engine loads or
"Clean Design" to optimize the urea consumption outside the ECA zones are just a few of our
developments in software and hardware.

In addition, Ewon (if installed) allows remote maintenance through remote access, support with 
troubleshooting and data logging for detailed reporting on NOx reduction.
