Operator Trainings
H+H offers operating and maintenance training specially tailored to your SCR plant. These can be carried out on site at the customer or at H+H. This includes professional instruction in the technically sophisticated SCR plant as a basic requirement for a long service life. Our Operator Training provides you with the necessary expertise for the optimal operation of your SCR plant. So operating errors cannot occur in the first place.

We evaluate your maximum life of the catalyst
Catalyst Management
Would you like to know how long you can still use the catalyst? Then please send us a sample, which we investigate in a laboratory. These chemical analyses enable us to determine the degree of wear and tear that the catalyst has already suffered. This allows us to draw conclusions about the remaining lifetime and thus enables you to better plan your budget.

Continuous improvement, software updates and optimization of the systems are very important to us. We have developed and tested significant innovations for emission control systems to make your daily life a bit easier. “Cyclic Cleaning” to extend the maintenance intervals of reducing agent nozzle, “ICP” software to operate the DENOx system even in extremely low engine loads or “Clean Design” to optimize the urea consumption outside the ECA zones are just a few of our developments in software and hardware.
In addition, Ewon (if installed) allows remote maintenance through remote access, support with troubleshooting and data logging for detailed reporting on NOx reduction.
